Black and White Wedding

Only the boldest of brides would choose to wear black on her wedding day, and that is exactly the kind of adventurous woman I wanted to capture with this photo shoot. The Carlyle Inn was the perfect setting, with it’s chic black and white backdrop and vintage-inspired decorations. Our model embodied old hollywood glamour with Veronica Lake waves and bold burgundy lips. She sparkled in a long, black beaded Badgley Mischka gown that completed her classic look. The bouquet was filled with pastel flowers which brought vibrancy and life to our dramatic monochrome theme. I chose a trendy naked cake with blackberries on the top to go along with our forward-thinking bride. In keeping with the overall stylish elegance of a black-and-white, vintage theme, I placed white Macarons and blackberries on a vintage House of Erte plate.
