Timeline + Details + Family Formals

Timeline:  If you have worked with a planner, coordinator or even a DJ to build some sort of a timeline, I would love to see it and fit myself in accordingly.  If not, no worries! I can help you with that. Details:  Once I arrive at the venue or ready room, I start by shooting details!  To make the day run smoother, I would love it if both parties would have these details gathered prior to arrival.

Hers

1. Bouquet – This can be separate in it’s water jar
2. Invitation suite – invitation, RSVP, envelope
3. Any other paper goods – program, save the date, vows
4. BOTH sets of rings – These can be in boxes
5. Headpiece – veil, birdcage, floral crown, clip, etc.
6. Bridesmaid Dress – Usually used for detail background
7. Garter
8. Perfume you’ll be wearing that day
9. Any Jewelry – necklace, earrings, bracelets, etc.
10. Something old, new, borrowed or blue – if applicable
11. Shoes
12. Wedding party gifts
13. Wedding dress on a hanger you want photographed

1. Bow Tie/Tie
2. Shoes & Socks – These will be put on after photographer arrives
3. Handkerchief – if applicable
4. Tie Clip & Cuff links
5. Vows or Letter – if applicable
6. Cologne
7. Boutineer
8. Wedding party gifts
