Calamigos Ranch Wedding

If any of you are Bachelor fans like me then you might have noticed the stunning venue in Episode 1 this season where Peter took Madison to watch his parents’ vow renewal. It’s none other than the breathtaking Calamigos Ranch and I had the privilege of shooting there for the nuptials of Jeff and Bri. Nestled in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains in Malibu Wine Country, Calamigos Ranch is the go-to spot for gatherings, relaxation and wellness getaways, and to watch people pledging their undying love to each other. I love the sprawling forest of giant trees surrounding the venue and the mini rock waterfalls scattered throughout the terrain.

Bri looked like a vision set against this backdrop in her floral lace topped gown that spilled down into a luscious flowing train. She chose all white flowers designed by Loris Flowers for her bouquet which matched the all-white floral awning they said their vows under. Sometimes white on white is perfect when you have a lush green environment to set it against. Jeff looked equally on-point in a navy suit which his groomsmen matched in a form of solidarity.

The indoor/outdoor reception was simply beautiful and allowed for lots of fun additions like a s’mores station and photo booth by Social Circle Photo Booth! Everyone had a great time and tore up the dance floor to the tunes of Crowd Theory Entertainment, which has amazing cover bands. Overall this wedding was a beautiful start to finish and the bride and groom were so great to work with. When you have a great couple getting married, the rest just falls into place!
