Hotel Bel-Air Wedding

Little did Maureen and Bob know that when they had their wedding back in October 2019 they’d be ahead of a trend. This beautiful couple threw an intimate soiree at the Bel Air Hotel to ring in their life as a married couple long before Covid-19 and quarantine were part of our vocabulary. Now micro weddings are all the rage because, well, they have to be!

What I love about this wedding is that they chose to invite about 40 people and because it wasn’t such an overwhelming guest list, they could spend much more time with each person. I usually only get pictures of the wedding party but I was able to get photos of them with every guest there which is really special.

Maureen looked stunning in a skirt suit by Nili Lotan of New York that perfectly matched the sophisticated casual vibe of the wedding. The decor was simple and classy with vibrant colored florals from Lori’s Flowers that really made the whole venue come alive.

A lot of couples are worried about moving forward with their wedding during these times but weddings like this show it’s possible to have a small beautiful wedding that you’ll cherish forever. You just have to make it your own!
